Shawn immediately looked towards the shelf where he placed the cologne bottle. It was sitting prettily on the shelf, just like it always did. While walking towards the shelf, he placed his bag on the sofa, so that he could carefully pick up the bottle with both hands, as the lid on the bottle was only balancing around the rim, not tightly secured.
