In the corner of his office, he placed a small bottle of cologne on the shelf, next to, but not too close to the window to minimize exposure to direct sunlight, with the cap loosely placed on top. Of course, he knew that without keeping the lid on tightly, the liquid in the container would evaporate, but that was the exact reason for him to do so. Shawn did not have the habit of wearing cologne. Since he received this sample bottle as a souvenir from a launch party he attended, he found he quite enjoy the fragrance.
