China opposes to US charges against Chinese companies
美國(guó)制裁朝鮮 中國(guó)公司遭無(wú)妄之災(zāi)

China opposes any country using domestic laws to carry out "long arm jurisdiction" against Chinese entities or individuals, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson said Tuesday.
本周二，中國(guó)外交部一名發(fā)言人表示說(shuō)，中國(guó)反對(duì)任何國(guó)家用其國(guó)內(nèi)法律來(lái)對(duì)中國(guó)實(shí)體或個(gè)人采取“長(zhǎng)臂管轄”。

The US Department of Justice said it had filed criminal charges against China’s Dandong Hongxiang Industrial Development Co. and its executives for supporting the nuclear program of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea’s (DPRK), according to news reports.
據(jù)新聞報(bào)道，美國(guó)司法部表示，他們已經(jīng)對(duì)中國(guó)丹東鴻翔實(shí)業(yè)發(fā)展有限公司及其高管提起了刑事訴訟，其原因是他們對(duì)朝鮮的核項(xiàng)目提供了支持。

Spokesperson Geng Shuang said China’s position on the DPRK’s development of nuclear weapon and the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula is clear and consistent.
外交部發(fā)言人耿爽指出，在朝鮮核武器發(fā)展以及朝鮮半島無(wú)核化等問(wèn)題上，中國(guó)的立場(chǎng)是明確和始終如一的。

China has earnestly and faithfully been implementing UN Security Council Resolution 2270 and fulfilling its obligations in non-proliferation export controls, he said, adding that China’s efforts are well known by the international society.
耿爽指出中國(guó)切實(shí)、忠誠(chéng)地執(zhí)行了聯(lián)合國(guó)安理會(huì)第2270號(hào)決議，并且履行了防止核擴(kuò)散出口管制的義務(wù)。耿爽補(bǔ)充說(shuō)道，中國(guó)的努力國(guó)際社會(huì)眾所周知。

Any person or company found in breach of the regulations will be punished, and if necessary China will cooperate with other countries on this on the basis of mutual respect and equality, Geng told a daily press briefing.
耿爽在一場(chǎng)每日例行新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上指出，任何違反這些規(guī)定的個(gè)人和公司都將受到懲罰，如果有必要的話，中國(guó)將在相互尊重和平等的基礎(chǔ)之上，和其他國(guó)家就該問(wèn)題進(jìn)行合作。

"We have made this position known during recent communications with the US side," Geng said.
耿爽說(shuō)道：“在最近和美方的溝通交流中，我們已經(jīng)向其表達(dá)了我們的這一立場(chǎng)。”
