One of the most helpful habits that I've recently picked up is to create a short to-do list at the start of every day. What I do is write just three tasks I have to tackle so that the list isn't overwhelming. With such a short list, the tasks take on a higher priority, which motivates me to get them done.
最近,我養(yǎng)成了一個非常有用的習慣:每天早上列一張當天要完成的小清單。我每天所做的僅僅是寫下三個當天要完成的任務,使清單不至于令我難以應付。有了這張小清單,我將會優(yōu)先考慮這些任務,以此激發(fā)自己完成它們。
If you plan on using this method, you need to look back to the to-do list as the day goes by and cross tasks off the list as you finish them. And when the day is over, throw out the list so that you can start fresh the next day. That way, you won't have to deal with a lingering to-do list that will never get done. Having a never-ending to-do list can start to weigh on you, so it's best to keep it short and sweet!
如果你想要用這個方法,你需要隨時回顧你當天的清單,然后把你已經完成了的任務從上面劃掉。 當天結束后,把清單扔掉,那樣你便可以開始全新的明天。用這種方法,你將不用去處理那些永遠也完不成的清單。羅列一張無止盡的清單將會給你造成壓力,所以最好的方式是使清單短小精悍。
