1. knock it of

knock it off用來告訴別人別來煩自己，可以翻譯成“住嘴；住手”。

而讓人別說話，還可以說“hold your tongue”。

2. forced

這里的forced是形容詞，表示被迫的，比如不得已做某事：

The plane had to make a forced landing because one of the engines failed.
