1. knock it of

knock it off用來(lái)告訴別人別來(lái)煩自己,可以翻譯成“住嘴;住手”。

而讓人別說(shuō)話,還可以說(shuō)“hold your tongue”。

Hold your tongue, young man!

I'm going to have to learn to hold my tongue.

2. forced

這里的forced是形容詞,表示被迫的,比如不得已做某事:

The plane had to make a forced landing because one of the engines failed.

也可以形容(笑或情感)勉強(qiáng)的;不真誠(chéng)的:

黃泉路上徒有好意多(指空有好的意圖卻不付諸行動(dòng),則不僅無(wú)用,還會(huì)給自己帶來(lái)很多問(wèn)題或懲罰)
