1. knock it of

knock it off用來(lái)告訴別人別來(lái)煩自己，可以翻譯成“住嘴；住手”。

而讓人別說(shuō)話，還可以說(shuō)“hold your tongue”。

Hold your tongue, young man!
年輕人，別說(shuō)話！

I'm going to have to learn to hold my tongue.
我以后得學(xué)會(huì)管住自己的嘴。

2. forced

這里的forced是形容詞，表示被迫的，比如不得已做某事：

The plane had to make a forced landing because one of the engines failed.
由于一個(gè)引擎突然熄火，飛機(jī)只好迫降。

也可以形容（笑或情感）勉強(qiáng)的；不真誠(chéng)的：

She tried hard to smile but suspected that it looked forced.

the road to hell is paved with good intentions
黃泉路上徒有好意多（指空有好的意圖卻不付諸行動(dòng)，則不僅無(wú)用，還會(huì)給自己帶來(lái)很多問(wèn)題或懲罰）
