The design and construction of this edifice were fully conformed to the characteristic of the bank and catered to its safety needs. Decoration inside and outside of the building was meticulous and elegant. All steel products were imported from Germany. The basement has two storeys which both serves as coffers with extremely high efficiency of theftproofing, fireproofing and waterproofing.
大廈完全按照銀行特點(diǎn)和安全需要設(shè)計建造，內(nèi)外裝飾考究精致，所用鋼材全部是德國產(chǎn)品。地下室有兩層，均為金庫，防盜，防火，防水性能極高。
