Starz has set a premiere date for the final season of "Spartacus." Season 3, titled "War of the Damned," will arrive on Friday, Jan. 25.

The final season will find Spartacus ascendant, having racked up some major victories against a thin Roman army and seen the rebellion grow to include some 30,000 former slaves. The rebels' success, however, also brings a new Roman commander, Marcus Crassus (Simon Merrells) into the picture, and he will prove to be a more formidable foe.
