When The Wizarding World of Harry Potter opened in Florida in 2010, it caused frenzied excitement among muggles worldwide.Now Universal Studios executives claim the park has been so successful they will be opening a second attraction in Los Angeles.

Universal is hoping to repeat the success of the Orlando theme park at its Hollywood attraction, reconstructing Hogwarts Castle and Hogsmeade as well as many of the rollercoasters and other rides.

The official announcement about the new park was toasted by officials with 'Butterbeer', the iconic drink served in Hogsmeade's Three Broomsticks pub.But be warned, muggles eager for some Harry magic in Hollywood will have to wait three to four years to holiday with the boy wizard in LA.

Officials did not say how many of the Florida rides would make their way to the Hollywood park, nor did they say if any new rides were envisaged. But they did say the new attraction would be created with the same commitment to authenticity with the books and movies as the one in Florida.
