3月14日的日本廣播協(xié)會(huì)（NHK）電視節(jié)目截圖畫(huà)面展示了發(fā)生爆炸后的日本福島第一核電站3號(hào)機(jī)組。日本經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)省原子能安全和保安院14日宣布，福島第一核電站3號(hào)機(jī)組當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間11時(shí)01分（北京時(shí)間10時(shí)01分）發(fā)生氫氣爆炸，反應(yīng)堆所在建筑遭到損壞，但是放置反應(yīng)堆的容器損壞的可能性很小。保安院呼吁周圍居民盡量待在室內(nèi)。
