樂隊(duì)簡(jiǎn)介：

Frente是一支來自澳洲的樂隊(duì)，卻取了一個(gè)西班牙文的名字，即英文“Front”的意思，這個(gè)單詞出自西班牙一個(gè)左翼政權(quán)。他們?cè)景炎约悍Q為?”?Frente!?“，?過后也不懂是隊(duì)里的哪個(gè)成員心血來潮，提議把“!”給省略掉，結(jié)果大家一致同意。?

主唱Angie?Hart擁有一個(gè)可愛的嗓音，非常深情，她的直率和天真，以及有些小小的古怪，永遠(yuǎn)像個(gè)長(zhǎng)不大的小女孩那樣甜蜜。Angie住在墨爾本的近郊，并不是一個(gè)非常時(shí)髦的女孩，在高中畢業(yè)后，她籌了一筆錢，于1989年與朋友一起去了與墨爾本隔海相望的印度洋島嶼——圣誕島度假，在那里遇到了彈著吉他的Simon?Austin，喜歡唱歌的Angie就要求Simon為她伴奏，Simon答應(yīng)了，并交上了朋友，此后他們找來了Tim和Mark，加上Angie的聲音，Simon的木吉他，便形成了Frente。?

在1992年，他們?cè)诩亦l(xiāng)澳洲推出首張專輯，Marvin?The?Album。?專輯一推出后即受到當(dāng)?shù)厍嗌倌甑臍g迎。尤其是在當(dāng)?shù)匦@里，F(xiàn)rente的歌曲更是成了學(xué)生們的喜愛。在完全沒有意料之下，專輯賣了白金，而Frente也隨后到國(guó)外許多地方巡回演唱。?不過，迅速的成名也為Frente帶來了無限的壓力。在巡回演唱后，Tim和Mark黯然決定離開Frente。而Angie和Simon也處于低潮心情，甚至一度想解散Frente。?在沉寂了一段日子后，Angie和Simon從新振作，找來了新隊(duì)員Bill?McDonald和Alastair?Barden，并在1996年推出第二張唱片，Shape。雖然Shape的銷售量不如首張專輯，但部分歌迷對(duì)它的評(píng)語卻是相當(dāng)高。因?yàn)镕rente在這專輯里的個(gè)人風(fēng)格非常突出，給歌迷帶來了完全不同的感覺。?因?yàn)镾hape專輯的推出，F(xiàn)rente也忙著為宣傳而到處巡回演唱。而過后隊(duì)員們之間再次出現(xiàn)意見分歧。于是在1998，F(xiàn)rente宣布解散。
