甜蜜情人節(jié),教你制作愛情果雞尾酒(視頻)
This is one of my signature drinks. It is called the Love Apple.
I pour three counts of vodka, three counts of fresh Pomegranate juice, two counts of fresh tangerine juice, and just a dash of simple syrup.
You take a couple of leaves of mint, fresh mint. You want to shake this really hard. It smells so good. You can find really pretty mint. You might want to just do a little—you know, it’s like fresh with the mint and then the sweetness of the tangerine, and then the underlying sweetness of the Pomegranate makes the drink I think perfectly balanced.

番茄,直譯為愛情果。
番茄曾經(jīng)被稱為『秘魯人蘋果』(Peruvian apple),法國人稱它『愛情的蘋果』(love apple),意大利人則稱它『黃金蘋果』(pomo d'oro),因為意大利第一次看到的番茄是小黃色果子。1804年,費城內(nèi)科醫(yī)生兼園藝師詹姆斯?米斯發(fā)現(xiàn)美國當時稱之為“愛情果”(love apple)的番茄能用來制作很好的番茄醬,并于1812出版了最早的番茄醬食譜。
