??? 來(lái)自美國(guó)新墨西哥州的四人樂(lè)隊(duì)The Shins可以說(shuō)是Indie音樂(lè)領(lǐng)域中最成功的樂(lè)隊(duì)之一—不但在全世界擁有大批歌迷，2003年還被《Rolling Stones》評(píng)選為年度最佳樂(lè)隊(duì)。唱片銷(xiāo)量甚至超過(guò)許多主流樂(lè)隊(duì)，也算是個(gè)不大不小的奇跡了。雖然他們來(lái)自美國(guó)，音樂(lè)風(fēng)格卻帶有些英倫氣息，低調(diào)另類(lèi)，一些曲目呈現(xiàn)出一種憂(yōu)傷的旋律感。
這支樂(lè)隊(duì)奉行的是代代相傳的Do it yourself的真理，樂(lè)隊(duì)的風(fēng)格很低調(diào)，簡(jiǎn)單清爽的旋律僅僅是由鍵盤(pán)和吉他兩種樂(lè)器結(jié)合而成的。
他們的風(fēng)格融合鄉(xiāng)村歌謠的甜美與民謠搖滾的明亮旋律，無(wú)論是 “Caring Is Creepy”的激昂灑脫，還是“New Slang” 的可愛(ài)小調(diào)，都是讓人心頭為之一震的好歌，同時(shí)這2首也收入進(jìn)04年的電影《情歸新澤西》（此OST獲得2005年葛萊美獎(jiǎng)最佳電影音樂(lè)原聲帶）。
