Those tuning into "Good Morning America" Wednesday morning in hopes of guest Robert Pattinson dishing out more details on that whole Kristen Stewart thing were disappointed. The "Cosmopolis" actor, on the show to promote his latest flick, was all evasive and giggles to George Stephanopoulos' prying questions.

(Stephanopoulos had previously joked with the 26-year-old British actor that the brand of cereal was his favorite.)

On his personal life in general, Pattinson was equally vague, saying only that "it's a different thing. You go into it to do movies. I've never been interested in trying to sell my personal life. That's the reason why you go on TV, is to promote movies."

"People don't find the personal lives of people with much more power than any celebrity as interesting. If you put the personal lives of people who controlled billions of dollars on front page of every paper, I think the world would be a better place."

The "Good Morning America" appearance marks the second time Pattinson has appeared in public after intimate photographs of his longtime girlfriend Stewart, 22, and her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director, Rupert Sanders, 41, were published in Us Weekly, on July 25. In a bizarre and emotional statement, Stewart apologized for cheating on Pattinson.
